FAQ

  • How does it work?

First, we schedule a 15 minute consultation call with you and anyone else you would like to have contribute to the song. This consultation serves as a way to talk about the initial idea for the song, the due date of the song, and any other questions you may have about the process. Once we are on the same page about the idea we will schedule a 60-90 minute video conference with you where we will dive deeply into the story and the heart of the idea. Because this is the most critical part of the process, you will be given some prompts to consider before the video conference. Once the interview process is completed we are ready to create the song.

  • How much does it cost?

At The Creative Wells Agency we create the finest custom songs in the world. In order for us to do this, we spend roughly 60 working hours on each song. We love what we do, and we want to have the freedom to work on the stories that inspire us. We’ve shifted to working on a donation based model for two reasons: firstly, so that the people we believe need to have their stories honored do not have to be turned away based on finances, and secondly because we want to liberate those who see the value of what we do to be generous with us.

  • Can I do a payment plan?

Payment plans are accepted on a case by case basis.

  • Can I hire you to perform the song live?

Yes, you can hire us to play the song at your event. The fee for a live performance will be determined on a case by case basis.

  • Where can I find more of your work?

You can find a full catalog of our collective works here

  • What about my musical preferences?

One of the requests we make after our initial 15 minute consultation is that you put together a list of 3-5 songs that are very meaningful to you/the relevant contributors on the song. This is a very important step because these musical examples guide the style and feel of your custom song. This important step allows The Creative Wells team to tailor the song to you poetically, and musically.
