The Creative Wells Agency

On the surface, The Creative Wells is a songwriting organization that writes, arranges, composes and records high quality custom songs for individuals and businesses.

We see that so many people feel a need to have the emotional events in their lives witnessed, expressed and honored in a way that validates or transforms their experience. We interview our clients to uncover inspirational catalysts that include musical tastes, emotive preferences, and meaningful memories. Through our process of diving deeply into the experience of our clients, we capture their stories through music that is both beautiful and inspired.

How It Started

The Creative Wells Agency was first conceived in early 2020 by Jake Wells.  Jake had achieved commercial success very quickly after the release of “Roll Like Thunder” which peaked at #19 on the viral charts on Spotify, followed shortly by appearances on Season 15 of NBC’s “The Voice”. A gigging musician, in the wake of the pandemic, he wanted to stretch himself artistically as a songwriter and recording artist.  He was inspired by a conversation with some family members to post an offer to write, arrange, and record a Valentines Day song specifically for anyone interested.  What followed was a deep connection with a client that inspired a love song for themselves.  Jake discovered that he had a love for diving deep into his clients story, and honoring it through music in a powerful way.  

What began as an attempt to supplement gigging income during the lockdown turned quickly into deep, powerful, personalized music creation. 

Shortly after the first few songs, Jake partnered with his brother Jordan and The Creative Wells Agency was born.  They worked through the next year and a half producing over 15 high quality, deeply emotional songs that handled clients stories of grief, loss, separation, celebration, joy, and everything in-between. 

After much deliberation and consideration Jake has decided to take a sabbatical from custom song work, and entrust The Creative Wells Agency to Jordan for the foreseeable future. While Jake focusses on the further development of his own expression and creative journey, Jordan is continuing to guide and develop The Creative Wells Agency.
